To Thee, O Immaculate Mother of God, do we have recourse in this supreme hour of mankind’s need, amidst such storms indeed as have never been known, shaking Holy Mother Church to her very foundations. Thou who, standing by the foot of the Cross, didst once share so closely in the sufferings of thy divine Son, with what compassion art thou not moved today for the suffering of His Mystical Body, the Church, bleeding in so many parts and tormented in so many ways in a world torn by bitter strife and consumed by the fire of hatred--the victim of its own wickedness.
O, Mother of Mercy, obtain peace for us from God! Obtain especially those graces, which can convert human hearts quickly. Those graces, which can prepare, establish and ensure peace. Queen of Peace, pray for us. Give the world at war the peace for which all are longing: Peace in Truth, Justice and the Charity of Christ. Give them peace of the arms and peace of mind, that in tranquility and order the Kingdom of God may expand. For without the reign of Christ there is no peace of Christ.
Look with compassion to all material and moral destruction, to the suffering and fears of fathers and mothers, of husbands and wives, of brothers and sisters, and especially innocent children. Look at the many lives cut down in the flower of youth, so many bodies torn to pieces in brutal slaughter, so many souls tortured and troubled and in danger of being lost eternally. For when Christ does not reign by the benefits attached to His presence, He (in a certain) "reigns" by the calamities inseparable from His absence.
Whilst outside the Church, Liberalism and Communism have so spread its errors in all directions that the Church herself is infected by them, at the same time within her very bosom the virus of Modernism and a false ecumenism poisons souls without number, either tearing them away or keeping them outside of the unity of the true Faith and the one and only Ark of Salvation.
Therefore, to you, O Mother of God, we entrust infidels (especially Jews, Muslims, Freemasons) and those still walking in the shadow of death. May the sun of truth rise upon them, that together with us they may repeat before the Only Savior of the World: Glory to God in the highest and peace on earth among men of good will. To you, O Gate of Heaven, we entrust those separated by heresy and schism, ignorance and rebellion. Bring them back to the One Fold of Christ, under the One True Shepherd.
Amidst so many ruins, so many betrayals, may it please Almighty God, following an ancient example, to prepare this lay monastic association of ours, a small band of re-builders who--like St. Francis, the Little Poor Man of Assisi--being aware of their own frailty, turn today to Thee, Virgin most Powerful Help of Christians. For, distrusting in our own strength, so little before the magnitude of the task entrusted to us, we wish to place ourselves under thy motherly and powerful protection.
We are mindful that, without Jesus, we can do nothing good and that only through Him, with Him and in Him, will we be instruments of salvation for the world. All of humanity was once consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Your Son. All our hopes rest in Him, Who is in all times sign and pledge of victory and salvation. Bride of the Holy Ghost, obtain for us the inestimable gift of transformation in Christ. Through the same power of the Spirit that overshadowed you, making you the Mother of the Savior, help us to bring Christ your Son to birth in ourselves and in others too. Guided by you, we want to be Apostles of Divine Mercy.
O Virgin who art terrible as an army arrayed in battle, to whom from the beginning it was promised thou wouldst tread upon the head of the serpent. Amidst these dangers hanging over our heads, we beg and beseech God, who has deigned to call us to the service of His Church, that He deign to seal and confirm our calling through thee, O Ark of the Covenant! Forever we consecrate ourselves to you and to your Immaculate Heart, O Mother and Queen of the World! May Your love and patronage hasten the victory of the Kingdom of God, may all nations, at peace with each other and with God, proclaim you blessed and sing with you from one end of the earth to the other, the eternal Magnificat of glory, love and gratitude to the Sacred Merciful Heart of Jesus, in which alone, they can find Truth, Life and Peace.
And so, O Immaculate Virgin, Queen of Apostles, in union with the entire Mystical Body of Christ entrusted to the Successor of St. Peter as Supreme Pontiff of the Universal Church and Vicar of Jesus Christ, before thy throne of grace today we prostrate ourselves, desiring to increase thy praise and glory. And to the filial love which Christ thy Son has for thee, O most sweet Mother of ours, we may add our humble contribution, here and now to thee, beneath the most special title of thy Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart: we irrevocably consecrate our lay monastic association Transitus Oblates of the Last Martyrdom, with its Oblates, benefactors, and to those we serve.
In order that thou shouldst be now the Lady and Queen of our association and apostolate, by a perpetual donation into thy hands, we offer and entrust our bodies and our souls, our possessions and our homes, our fraternities and our ministries, that they may truly belong to thee: indeed our whole selves we hand over and consecrate, that thou mayest ever have us ready at thy command. All members and friends, all directors and bishops who are care for us, especially the Holy Father, we hand over to thee that thou mayest guard them beneath thy motherly care. Finally, our Rule and School of Perfection, our prayer, our study, and our work we commend to thee, and we relinquish it that it may be wholly thine, O Queen of all Saints! Thus, our association is now wholly thy domain!
Hold it so firmly, O Tower of David, that it may never turn from the right path. O Virgin most Faithful, keep every member most unshakably attached to it. Guard our Faith virginally intact, O Virgin most Pure, thou who hast received the power to crush all heresies throughout the entire world. O thou who art Full of Grace, keep for the Church her Sacrifice of the Mass according to the ancient and venerable Roman Rite; and keep us most faithful to this sure conveyor of grace. Cause to flourish within us, O Queen of all Saints, the holiness of all the priesthood, of religion, of the family. O Mother of Divine Grace, guard our association as a fruitful and ever-living branch of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. O Mother of the Church, obtain for us the grace whereby we may from day to day become in the hands of God instruments more docile and more apt for the saving of the greatest number of souls.
That we may know that thou hast heard our prayers, O Virgin most Clement, send us those many co-workers whom the Divine Lord of the Harvest calls into His mission fields. Grant us, finally, O Mother of the Eternal and Sovereign High Priest and King, the grace by which to work for the restoration of the Catholic priesthood and monasticism and thereby for the splendor of the priestly and monastic soul of Christ, illuminated by Whose rays, may the persons and families and nations at length obtain the establishing of His kingdom.
Relying on our title of Oblates of the Last Martyrdom, we promise thee, O Queen of Martyrs, to offer ourselves as victim souls and living sacrifices of the Little Flower, humbly following in the footprints of the Little Poor Man of Assisi as re-builders of the Church and heralds of the Great King, that we shall labor until our last breath for the restoring of all things in Christ, for the spreading of His Kingdom, and for the preparing of the glorious triumph of thy Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, O Mary, Our Mother of Perpetual Help. O Immaculata, Queen of Heaven and earth, refuge of sinners and our most loving Mother, God has willed to entrust the entire order of mercy to you. I, [Name], a repentant sinner, cast myself at your feet, humbly imploring you to take me with all that I am and have, wholly to yourself as your possession and property. Please make of me, of all my powers of soul and body, of my whole life, death and eternity, whatever most pleases you.
If it pleases you, use all that I am and have without reserve, wholly to accomplish what was said of you: “She will crush the serpent’s head,” and “You alone have destroyed all heresies in the whole world.” Let me be a fit instrument in your immaculate and merciful hands for introducing and increasing your glory to the maximum in all the many strayed and indifferent souls, and thus help extend as far as possible the blessed kingdom of the most Sacred Heart of Jesus. For wherever you enter you obtain the grace of conversion and growth in holiness, since it is through your hands that all graces come to us from the most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Allow me to praise you, O Sacred Virgin. Give me strength against your enemies.
