"Rebuild My Church, as you see it is falling to ruins." - Jesus Christ to St. Francis
“I wish that my brothers and sisters would show themselves to be children of the same mother.” – St. Francis of Assisi
Transitus Oblates of the Last Martyrdom place their souls, their association, their mission, and their apostolate––in holy obedience to the Divine Will and in holy abandonment to Divine Providence––under the patronage of St. Francis "the Little Poor Man" of Assisi, with St. Therese "the Little Flower" of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face, in the maternal care of Our Mother of Perpetual Help (“the refuge and the hope of sinners”), under the supreme jurisdiction of Our Lord Jesus Christ––Eternal and Sovereign High Priest and Infant King––and His Divine Merciful Love.
ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI“Let us desire nothing else, let nothing else please us and cause us delight accept our Creator and Redeemer, the one, true God, who is the fullness of good, the true and supreme good who alone is merciful and gentle, delectable and sweet, who alone is holy, just, and true, who alone is kind, innocent, and pure, from whom and through whom is all pardon, all grace, and all glory of the penitent and the just, and of the blessed who rejoice together in heaven. Therefore, let nothing hinder us, nothing separate us, and nothing come between us. Let all of us, wherever we are, in every place, at every hour, at every time of the day, believe truly and humbly and keep ever in our hearts all love, honor, praise, blessing, glory, and exaltation for the Creator and Savior of all who believe in Him and who is without beginning and without end, unchangeable, blessed, and totally desirable above all else forever. Amen.” – St. Francis of Assisi
ST. THERESE OF LISIEUX“In order to live in one single act of perfect Love, I offer myself as a victim of holocaust to Your Merciful Love, asking You to consume me incessantly, allowing the waves of infinite tenderness shut up within You to overflow into my soul, and that thus I may become a martyr of Your Love, O my God! May this martyrdom, after having prepared me to appear before You, finally cause me to die, and may my soul take its flight without any delay into the eternal embrace of Your Merciful Love. I want, O my Beloved, at each beat of my heart to renew this offering to You an infinite number of times, until the shadows having disappeared I may be able to tell You of my Love in an Eternal Face to Face!” – St. Therese, Act of Oblation to Divine Merciful Love
OUR MOTHER OF PERPETUAL HELP“Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come; before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen!” – The Memorare by St. Bernard + Novena to Our Mother of Perpetual Help
OUR LORD JESUS CHRISTETERNAL & SOVEREIGN HIGH PRIEST & INFANT KING
“In is truly meet and just, right and for our salvation, that we should at all times and in all places give thanks to Thee, holy Lord, Father almighty, eternal God: Who with the oil of gladness didst anoint Thine only-begotten Son our Lord Jesus Christ as Priest for ever and King of all: that by offering Himself on the altar of the Cross a stainless Victim to appease Thee, He might accomplish the mysteries of man’s redemption: and that subjecting all creatures to His sway, He might present to Thine infinite Majesty a universal and eternal Kingdom: a Kingdom of truth and life: a Kingdom of holiness and grace: a Kingdom of justice, love, and peace.” – Preface for the Feast of the Kingship of Our Lord Jesus Christ, The Roman Missal (1962)
+ The Blessed Virgin Mary is first and foremost the Mother of the Eternal Priest. Our Lord Jesus Christ is in essence Priest for all eternity. Priest according to the Order of Melchisedech. Our Lord's entire life, His entire purpose for being was to offer the Sacrifice of the Cross, to offer Himself upon the Cross. That was the object of Our Lord Jesus Christ's life on earth. This life was dominated by the desire to take up His Cross. That is why Our Lord came to us, and that is what the Blessed Virgin Mary teaches us, because Mary is the mirror of Our Lord Jesus Christ. In her heart, no name is inscribed but the name of Jesus, and Jesus Crucified, for Mary accompanied Jesus everywhere, even to the Sacrifice of the Cross. She was there present in order to teach us that to accompany her Son to Calvary, to the Sacrifice of the Cross, is what is dearest to her heart.
And we are also bound to have this desire to participate in Our Lord's Sacrifice, to unite ourselves to the Sacrifice of the Cross in order to be truly Christians offering ourselves with Our Lord, uniting ourselves with Him in His Sacrifice as victims with Him. That is what it is to be Christian, to be Catholic, and to be a Transitus Oblate. “So Christ also did not glorify himself, that he might be made a high priest: but he that said unto him: Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.” (Hebrews 5:5)
